Italy, as the project coordinator, will be the "center" keeping balance among partners, encouraging dynamic action offering advice in all stages of the Project.
Each school will be asked to do the same task at the same period of time and there will always be deadlines which have to be met. It would be better to write the emails to everyone for a better understanding and avoiding time waste and reputation of the answers.

In Germany:
Nothing special . The whole part of the students had their baccalauréat and leave school. Only 4 stay in Perpignan but with all the problems we had to organize “normal” classes , Erasmus Projecte wasn't a priority . It was impossible to reactive the energy with the new students because we close school around the 20th of october after only one month and half . The presential classe is divided in two groups and so two weeks (A and B) . When one group is at school the other one is home. We have difficulties to oblige students to connect with a videoconference for normal work. They feel in holidays one week of two ! When a student is missing for any reason the week he has to be there , they are two more weeks before he comes back again !
I'm alone now as a teacher in this projecte, some of my colleagues change school, and I don't make things for it. To complicated. I'm so sorry about that.
